If your order value is lesser then the Minimum Order Value mentioned on our website, you may still get a cashback acknowledgement SMS however your cashback will be cancelled within 90 days from the date of your purchase.
Your cashback may track at a higher or lower amount however will be paid as per the correct/applicable cashback rate within 90 days from date of your purchase.
Please note SMS/notification is a mere acknowledgement of your cashback. Cashback approval is basis merchant confirmation within 90 days from the date of your purchase.
MasterCard will not be responsible for any dispute related to Cancellation/Refund of your orders. In case of a) cancellation of order by the customer or the merchant partially or in full b) return of the products by the customer to the merchant c) refund of the product/services consideration by merchant to the customer d) fraudulent transactions, customer shall not get any cashback.
Cashback paid to you shall not be in any case greater than the transaction amount. If you have any queries in relation to the cashback, please contact our customer support at email@example.com.
MasterCard and/or its affiliate will try to resolve your queries. Cashback is not applicable if the sale is cancelled or if the goods are returned.
The rules and terms and conditions of the cashback voucher shall be applicable if the customer has availed for a GV instead of a cashback to account and the cashback shall be calculated after referring the said rules, terms and conditions.
If MasterCard is of the view that any transaction is fraudulent, it shall withhold the cashback amount for the investigation and the decision of MasterCard shall be final and binding on the customer in relation to the cashback.
MasterCard Shop Perks cashback policy shall be binding on the customer.
Please only use valid Coupon Codes available on our website for the products/services you are purchasing. If any other voucher code is used customer shall not get any cashback on the said transaction.
Customer shall directly get in touch with the merchant for any dispute in relation to the products or services purchased by the customer and customer shall indemnify MasterCard from any dispute, loss, cost, compensation, litigation etc. arising out of the same. Terms and conditions of the product/services provider shall be applicable for the products/services purchased by the customer.
Cashback shall be paid in the customer’s Shop Perks account.
Customer shall be bound by the RBI regulations and the limits applied by RBI on prepaid instrument shall be applicable.
Cashback shall be calculated on the amount of the products/services excluding applicable taxes , delivery and other administrative charges.
Customer has to raise any issue/query in relation to the cashback within 10 (ten) days from the date of transaction. MasterCard shall try to resolve the query/issue within 120 days from the date of request made by the customer. MasterCard's decision in relation to the issue/queries raised by the customer for cashback shall be final and binding on the customer. Courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Cashback will not be credited for goods already present in your cart before you visited a merchant website through Mastercard Shop perks. For cashback to be eligible please go to a merchant website through the Mastercard Shop perks site/app and add new items in your cart.
Mastercard Shop Perks is a platform hosted by Mastercard’s authorised technology party Pouring Pounds India Private Limited (“CashKaro”) only for display of offers extended by Merchants to eligible Mastercard cardholders. Mastercard is not selling/rendering any of these Products/Services offered by Merchants. Mastercard is neither guaranteeing nor making any representation with respect to the offers made by CashKaro or the Merchants .
